Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. This may vary during weekends and holidays. As soon as your order is made, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number of your order.

EU COUNTRIES

The shipping cost is calculated taking into account destination, weight and size of the items in the order. Some of the items like decorative sculptures have non-standard packaging and their delivery cost is calculated individually.

Delivery time - 2-3 business days from shipping day.

OTHER COUNTRIES

If you want to order a delivery to a country outside of the European Union, please send us your order by email myernesto@ernestodebarcelona.com and we will calculate the shipping cost taking into account destination, weight and size of the items in the order.

Delivery time - 5-10 business days from shipping day.

Shipments to a number of countries may be eligible for customs taxes and additional fees. Please, kindly take a note that these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
