Professional Area of Ernesto de Barcelona (WHOLESALE ONLINE SHOP) is the online marketplace for small businesses and retailers seeking to source the products of handmade accessories and home decor items. Our goal is to provide a great selection of high-quality items at wholesale prices.

REGISTRATION

By accessing Professional Area we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Professional Area is a closed part of the website with online shop for retailers. This part of the website is under password protection and to enter it you need to register your email and create your own password or in other case contact us via email: myernesto@ernestodebarcelona.com and request your own access. Please, kindly take a note that registration may not be considered as personal account. By having the password you will be able to enter online shop for retailers. We collect your company information and VAT ID in order to proceed with invoices. All information provided to Las Resinas Coloridas SL, are incorporated into files belonging to this company, in order to facilitate the provision of the requested services.

PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

EDB site is compliant with the data protection and user privacy legislation set out by many other countries and territories as well. We collect and use personal information for the following reasons:

Site visitation tracking

We use Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at. Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, however none of this information personally identifies you to us. Also Google Analytics makes use of cookies, but you can disable cookies on your internet browser that will stop Google Analytics from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

Company Information Form

Should you choose to contact us using the company information form on our Retailers and Distributors page or sending an email to myernesto@ernestodebarcelona.com, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to any of the third party data processors. Instead the data will be collated into our database for internal use only. We collect from your business information such as name, email, phone number, address, company name and VAT ID in order to be able to issue an invoice during your checkout in our Wholesale Shop and not apply additional taxes that may significantly raise the total price of your order.

You don’t have to give us any of this personal information but if you don’t, you may not be able to buy our products.

Email

The email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to Shopify who provide us with E-commerce platform and email marketing services for wholesalers. It happens in order to provide you with our wholesale services such as an access to Professional Area, transactional emails in case of purchase and informational emails considering new products, shop updates and practical arrangements (usually sent once per month). Your email address will remain within Shopify’s database for as long as we continue to use WIX’s services as E-commerce and email marketing platform or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email myernesto@ernestodebarcelona.com. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that you use to enter the Professional Area.

WHOLESALE ONLINE SHOP

In the Wholesale Online Shop (Professional Area) you can search for products by collections. Also you can download or request our latest catalogues. There is no minimum order amount, however most of the products are sold by packages. If the product you want is out of the stock you can always check its availability via email or giving us a quick call:

We offer three easy ways to place your order: order online, submit a purchase order via email, or give us a call. Please, remember that in order to proceed with your order we need your company information and VAT ID.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

The product will be shipped with within 15 business days after placing the order and payment confirmed. If the product is not in stock you can make a pre-order and request its time delivery via email: myernesto@ernestodebarcelona.com

The price of delivery will be calculated during the checkout depending of the shipping address.

We do not accept returns unless the order has been broken or damaged during shipping.
